- DRDaniel RomeroOct 14, 20251.0They treated me so bad today, the lady didn’t know how to charge a box under an account number, made me wait for 45 minutes and then she said to the guy who was picking up the express mail to not take mine I have been to several FedEx Offices on different states and what I was doing today was not anything out of the ordinary. If you have employees who have no idea what they are doing, please ask for help to your colleagues rather than treating customers bad and delaying their shipments on purpose
- JJJoeySep 22, 20251.0Everytime I come to this location there’s an issue. Mind you I had to take an uber just for her to tell me the system don’t work. And I couldn’t leave my boxes to try again the next day. So I had to pay for another uber just to take the same boxes back with me. And these boxes are packed with heavy ahh computer equipment……and on top of that the ac been out since I first went back in April and it’s now almost October….

I sat outside to google another location and saw a lady walk in so I proceeded to come in also. She saw me attempt the kiosk to print a label however it told me to see the attendant. I waited for her to assist the other 2 ladies in line ahead of me. After it is about 5mins to close she then says quite rudely and uncaring that she doesn’t have time to box it so she can’t do it….. it for sure just seemed like she didn’t want to because it was time to go. Which I totally get but I arrived before close and honestly if she didn’t have her lights off prematurely I would’ve walked in before the ladies. Very unprofessional rude and unaccomadating.

I came in about 15 minutes before they closed and I really hated doing that but she had a friendly and welcoming personality. She helped me make sure my overnight express got to its destination on the day it needed to be even though it was Labor Day weekend. Thank you for everything!
