  I visited a location recently where a young lady named Essence was working alone. I can't speak highly enough about her professionalism and kindness. She skillfully helped me with my technology needs while managing four or five other customers with a warm smile and grace. I want to share that this was my second visit to FedEx. My first was at the Huntersville location near Pinkies Restaurant. I encountered two young ladies but experienced coldness and disinterest. Days are long and you never know what kind of day people are having. So I kindly asked for help any help and received none. They pointed at the machine and spat out some orders of how to work the machine. they barely greeted me or offered assistance. I'm not sharing this to criticize but to highlight the lcontrast between them and Essence. I ended up leaving the first location at a frustration. And if I didn't need the copies and the printing that I did for work, I would have just gone home. But I plugged in the next location for fedex. And I met miss essence. The second location is a little farther off the beaten path, but you best believe as long as there were staff at that location who work half as hard as miss. Essence, that will be the location.I go to from now on. Thank you very much

  This is my FAVORITE FedEx location in Charlotte. I drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way to use this one. The team is always so fast and kind during the shipping process. (Hey Essence, I see you girl! Thanks for always being awesome.) I happened to be there today shipping something and they had several corporate members there during a team meeting and it was such a delightful experience. 10/10 favorite location.

  Love the staff at this location! Always super helpful and I’ve never had an issue with a single shipment, and I get a lot lol. Keep up the good work. Thanks Essence and Team!!

  Refused to take a package that was prepaid. Seemed like they just didn’t want to deal with it so they made up some rules that were obviously fake.
