The unfortunate fact: that some of the staff are so quick to leave after you ask a question that they aren’t truly listening. I came in to print off something curated from their website FedEx Office—and 2 separate associates told me to email it—I attempted to tell them twice that there is no option for that. Finally after the third time asking the associate stood still long enough to realize I was correct. His solution was for me to start all over from a 3rd party site and then email it. I went to another location and they helped and completed my order.
