I came to get a print out for my daughter’s recital and the Attitude of the guy with the dreads that assisted me he is new because I’ve been going to this location for years. This is my second time having to deal with him and his attitude is just terrible to be in a customer facing role. He did not want to assist. He seems as if he does not like his job or want to be there. I was late to my daughter’s recital because I had to go to a different location to get the printout done that we needed it. The experience was so bad. I didn’t even want to continue with the service. He even laughed at the fact that I asked to speak to a manager and the manager Brady was no Better!! Instead of being informed on the process, it’s almost like they were upset that they had to explain to me. I immediately asked for a business card with the district manager’s phone number and instead he gave me a customer service number. Brady shame on you as a manager and this location, I will never visit again
