Both insist I use the print and go machine while they stand around. I have never seen such behavior in a FedEx setting. FedEx you need to employ people that have a passion for customers. These two need to find a job working in the back office not front customer service.

That is a lot to print one piece of paper. UPS stores do not charge this amount. If you need to print go to UPS or the public library where you can pay $0.25.

After the bad weather this past weekend, I walked in only two days before my baby shower needing a prayer printed last-minute and feeling very stressed. She immediately reassured me that we would get it done in time and walked me through the whole process with so much patience and kindness. She even helped teach me a few things on my phone that I had no idea how to do. I left feeling calm, grateful, and so thankful for her help. Customer service like this is rare and so appreciated!
