- JRjoel RodriguezOct 24, 20251.0Just like other customers in this thread, The Associate Dawn was super rude! i sent a couple of packages this morning and had to print the package instructions, the lady that originally helped was pleasant , came back as i forgot my flash drive , she asked me for she asked me for my id , and made a friendly comment about having to card me to get it back. she immediately became snappy yelling across the store telling me that's the procedure in a very rude manner, she took her sweet time to come back, when she did and i was signing the release i was reading trough the label and she to poke the counter and yelled several times , "write the date" i asked her to calm down, so she started to yell louder and poke the counter more aggressively , i asked several times to calm down to no avail, i asked for her manager, who yelled at me some more because she was with a customer and said i ether did what she said or i was going to wait more time. finally the pleasant lady heard the commotion and came out and handed the flash drive to me. Just wow! calling corporate about this!
