After originally placing my order online, they called me to let me know it would be easier for me to email them directly to place my order next time. I followed these instructions and was charged more for my new order when I went to pick it up. I found that sketchy as the woman working there even said it would have been cheaper for me to order online.
- BMBrandon MMar 5, 20241.0DO NOT get your packages sent here. I had an item delivered here for pick up. The tracking showed that it was signed for and delivered to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, S Tryon location. Next, I go to retrieve my item from FEDEX and the Employee Benny begins to looks for it, then comes back to tell me that the package never made it to the store aka it’s been stolen by the delivery driver. He gives me the FedEx Customer Service number, I then file a claim and the case is closed within 48hrs because the driver marked it as delivered, even though the FedEx Employee knows the package was stolen. Furthermore, I was told by FedEx Customer service to contact the shipper but the shipper refused to give a refund because the Thief Delivery driver marked the package as delivered. I don’t know what they have going on here, but stay away from this location.

I have been there number of times for some package shipping. Last time when I was there for my documents shipping. While handling current customer, she saw my package from distance and she knew what category package it is. She was preparing for my package while request for customer ahead of me was in process. Very efficient and quick service. Same is when I was there for photo printing.
