- HIHarerta IyassuJan 5, 20261.0I’m not one of those people but If I could give them 0 starts I would, they lost my package and did nothing about it. Their delivery drivers aren’t coherent and unable to make right deliveries. They lost my valuable and irreplaceable item and I’m just so disappointed. Let me not get started with their customer service team, they’re rude and unable to understand simple questions. I’ll never ever get a shipment from DHL. NEVER!
