This Express shipment has been in Charlotte for 3 days with a status 'Future Delivery Cycle' that is a manual override used to avoid a Late Delivery KPI. I cannot reach a real human and they are closed until Tuesday 1/17 which means by the time a real person handles the shipment it will be 6 days since arriving. This is a service failure. Edit: I emailed the below email address this same info above (including AWB #) and they asked me for my name/address and how I found their email but that's it so far. The package has still not moved or updated from the Charlotte hold since 1/15
