    This is not about the driver he was very helpful and courteous. We ordered a massage chair and the company said it was white glove install so when the chair arrived that is what we thought. The driver was by himself but said he would un box it and bring it inside so my wife said great. Well it was to heavy for him so he gave us a number for his boss "Mark" He said Mark would schedule two guys to come back and install the chair so I called Mark and he was rude from the get go and rambled extensively about how they were not the install guys, I said we thought they were but instead of him saying sorry it was a misunderstanding that we had to call the company we bought the chair from for the set up He went into a big rant on how we caused his driver to miss a more important stop for a "printer" delivery and how "his drivers couldn't even put a round peg in a square hole let alone assemble a chair" We didn't know they were not the set up guys all he had to do was explain that but instead I got a 4 minute rant about how they only do threshold delivery and how dumb his drivers are and oh yea he said "the driver better not bring our trash back on his truck or the driver will be taking it to the landfill in his car" This Guy Mark was a real piece of work...

    They are operating in the 21st century, with horrendous delivery staff who are oblivious to customer service. Despite purchasing the product 30 days ago, they are still unable to consistently adhere to their promised delivery time windows (3 appointments missed), often arriving significantly late or missing scheduled slots altogether.

    In my opinion, this company was a total fail, both in terms of communication and also execution. There is no way I would intentionally use this company for anything, but unfortunately they were thrust upon me as part of my equipment delivery from Dick's Sporting Goods, and the entire experience was a total nightmare. This company did not honor the confirmed delivery date even though they told me I had to take off work and wait at home for the delivery and assembly. Then, they never called back to reschedule and when customer service was contacted, it resulted in an endless cycle of disconnects, repeating the same things over and over, them finger pointing at Dick's for issues and then my contacting Dick's only to hear that they were not responsible. Overall, poor communication and follow through on their end as the delivery and assembly service, and top it off, they ghosted me after a supervisor said they would get back to me regarding all of my issues and then the guys doing the work actually left trash in my garage after assembly. If I ever get assigned this company again for any type of delivery or assembly, I will just cancel my order, as companies like Dick's Sporting Goods have to do better in terms of choosing who they do business, with and companies like AIT Logistics just have to do better period, as the headaches were not worth it, and I will never be a customer of theirs for anything ever again as a result. Total disaster from start to finish in my personal experience.

    Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Scheduled a delivery date and on the day I scheduled they called and said they wouldn't be in the area and so they rescheduled. The next delivery date came and the same thing happened. Do not do business with this company.
