  I had a great experience working with AlphaGraphics South Charlotte on updating my Pelican’s SnoBalls trailer wrap and coordinating additional required signage during my corporate training trip. I was on a tight timeline — arriving Sunday and leaving Thursday — and needed the trailer wrap updated from the prior owner’s information to my new contact details. Rich and his team were responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was clear, and they helped ensure everything aligned with brand standards before production. The trailer wrap looks fantastic — clean, professional, and exactly what I was hoping for. It was ready within my travel window, which made transporting everything back seamless. I also ordered required promotional clings and signage through them, and the process was straightforward. As a new franchise owner juggling a lot of moving pieces, I really appreciated their flexibility and efficiency. I would absolutely recommend AlphaGraphics South Charlotte for franchise signage, vehicle wraps, and branded materials.

  Jamil Metcalf with AlphaGraphics was amazing! He helped me figure out what dimensions my design needed to be and was very patient with my multiple design updates 😆 I was pleasantly surprised when we picked up our invites and they were already folded for us!   Recently took in a glass sign that needed to have the names on it changed. Thought it was a simple job. They took what I brought them and redid the sign in a format much better than what I had brought in. Rather than force their idea on me they said take it with you and try it out. If you like it gives us a call for payment. I liked it so much I called the next day to pay them and thank them for doing such great work. Highly recommend them for any type work you need done.
