  I placed an online order with Staples for resumes and business cards and specifically checked the box requesting a text notification as soon as the order was ready. I also paid extra to have the order completed quickly that same day. I never received a text that evening, which was frustrating on its own. Then the next morning, I had my husband pick up the order for me. He gave them my name and asked for my order, but they only gave him half of it. When I got home and needed everything immediately, I realized the business cards were missing, so he had to make a second trip back to the store. Unfortunately, the bigger issue was the quality of the resumes. Although the paper itself was nice, the printing was terrible. The text was faint and difficult to read, as though the printer ink was running out. They looked so unprofessional that I ended up using my home printer instead, even though that was not what I had paid for. Between the lack of notification, the incomplete pickup, and the poor print quality, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I did not even try to get my money back because I was so frustrated, but I will not be returning for future printing services.

  Worse staple ever.. not sure what happens to other staple.. , I only visit there for return amazon and first time wait for a long time and they told me the machine is down.. .. second time , even there is clear sign for Amazon return/pick up but there is no designated person, the three four staff got pull here and there, customers wait for long time and pull the guy supposed to help the return to ran around to find her order .. which she had no order number or anything. A simple return took me at least 20 mins and I am the only one to return, never pick return at staple. & I think they try to do too many things.. not sure it’s right direction because I saw not happy customers everywhere waiting …

  Looking to replace an older color laser printer. I wanted to see test prints from two printers to determine which print quality was better. A worker told me that printing a test page is impossible because the displays lack paper and toner. I had managed to get a test print from one printer after I sacrificed one of my copies from a print job I picked up. The worker got mad at me about that. She insisted that giving me a piece of paper to use for a test print is not allowed and she instructed me to go to another store if I thought her attitude and policy was perplexing. Textbook example of how a store lost an easy $500, plus my future business, through poor customer service.
