Good service. Since it's a 1 person operation, hours are very limited. They close for lunch 1:55-3:00. But that's the price we pay for keeping the convenience of the old downtown post office. The government has proposed closing it several times.

Adding on to the 1-hour long lunch break, the staff take many “15-minute” breaks that run well over 15 minutes. For a location that only operates 6.5 hours every day, this is just absurd

Regina is the MVP. At other post offices, you wait in line, then they tell you that you didn't fill out form SDFJH-28734 or whatever, then you wait in line again. Regina really tries to help out the customer. I shipped a pair of skis that was packed in a handmade box, really just cardboard wrapped around it with lots of tape. I didn't know what was the cheapest method to ship it or where I should write the address. It was no problem at all for Regina she was super helpful and I think she was generous with how she took the box measurements so it was a little cheaper. If you have to ship something, go here.
