Super rude staff! One person working the desk who was even rude to a person with possible disabilities. 😤 tried to call in his behalf, but unable to get through. Totally unacceptable!

Worst experience ever. I walked in for my passport appointment and immediately was turned away because the agency didn’t show up to work. I was not told. Women I spoke to was not kind.

Package marked delivered but it wasn’t and it’s not the first time this happened.
Service requested also being ignored, so there’s no accountability for it.

Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping in a US Post Office and uneducated on what the rules and regulations of the United States Post Office Poster 7. Then called the police on the law abiding citizen. Staff even had a law abiding citizen form a public property.
