I was leaving on a trip a following day. Which they did not know but it meant so much. They were patient and helpful even though it was the very end of their day. So thankful! 5 stars absolutely!
- IRIris ReeseSep 27, 20251.0Wow! Unbelievable experience for the first time ever at a UPS store. I’m so upset that I sat in my car in the parking lot to write this. I don’t like writing negative reviews but the fact the employee said none of the three employees would, could or offered to help me, after I told her I am unable to lift anything heavy right now, blows my mind! Then to top it off, she said I had to buy a roll of tape cause she could not provide me with any — I have never had to bring or buy anything to a UPS store — they are always so courteous and helpful at other locations. The employee insisted that I buy a roll of tape to seal the box because she felt it was going to be “a lot of tape”. Three pieces of tape and $6+ later, I taped the box and then, she asked if I need help? Shout out to the amazing UPS Driver that was inside and stepped up to help me out by putting the heavy box on a rolling cart for me so I could push it in (he offered to push it in but I already felt bad and embarrassed I couldn’t do it myself). I may not look like it but I’m disabled right now and I couldn’t do it on my own. I will never come back here. Next time I will take the long way and go to the UPS stores I have been to before that love their jobs and are great at customer service! Icing on the cake — she didn’t even give me a receipt!
