Between Ximena’s cheerful service and the honesty of this business, I plan to bring my shipping needs here. There are 2 other locations closer to me. One location told me UPS no longer allows using recycled boxes for packages & I had to buy a new box. She told me UPS said corporate said old tape caught on the machines and jammed things up. I went to another UPS store last week, using a recycled box. I was told I really should buy a new box because UPS was not going to guarantee the delivery of my package otherwise. I declined the new box and was told I was taking my chances. Today, I used a recycled box and not once did Ximena try to sell me a new box or quote a policy that’s untrue. I looked up on the UPS website and they do allow recycled boxes for shipping and was prepared to quote the website. I did not have to because Ximena accepted my package and was very gracious and welcoming. Knowing this store operates with integrity, they now have a loyal customer in me. Thank you!
