- KBKira BruckSep 4, 20251.0I had ordered shoes from Zappos that was returning, and they shipped them in 6 different boxes. Zappos gave me 6 different QR codes that had to match up with the specific shoes in the boxes, so I needed the boxes open when I was bringing them in. The associate waiting on me told me that she is “not authorized to tape up 6 boxes” and if I wanted to ship them, I would have to buy tape “for future use” I wouldn’t be able to ship my boxes there. I will never use this store again, surely a UPS franchise makes plenty of money SHIPPING BOXES that they can provide some tape. Edit: I just left the UPS store on Fayetteville. They happily taped up the boxes without blinking an eye.
