When I returned it with a receipt, the cashier said it will go back on a prepaid Visa card ending in 4 other numbers that I did not use and do not match my card numbers. I showed her the original transaction in my Chase app. She said she’s “97% sure” my card is being credited. Can’t confirm it though and I can call staples customer service in 3 days if I don’t see it. Awful customer service.

I also received recommendations for specific laptops to consider if I want to purchase an upgrade, well matched to my price range and system needs. While I might get a better price deal elsewhere, the excellent tech service I received at Staples has convinced me to make a future laptop purchase there when I’m ready.
