He just told me what I needed to do, but even so, this was my first time printing something like this, and he didn't have the decency or courtesy to explain what I should do or how. He left me standing there confused while he talked on the phone.

Points can be accumulated for used cartridges, computers, printers, plus many other office products which are no longer needed by the user. Staples is the place to go for all your printing needs.

When I returned it with a receipt, the cashier said it will go back on a prepaid Visa card ending in 4 other numbers that I did not use and do not match my card numbers. I showed her the original transaction in my Chase app. She said she’s “97% sure” my card is being credited. Can’t confirm it though and I can call staples customer service in 3 days if I don’t see it. Awful customer service.
