- LLLepster1 day ago1.0Looking to replace an older color laser printer. I wanted to see test prints from two printers to determine which print quality was better. A worker told me that printing a test page is impossible because the displays lack paper and toner. I had managed to get a test print from one printer after I sacrificed one of my copies from a print job I picked up. The worker got mad at me about that. She insisted that giving me a piece of paper to use for a test print is not allowed and she instructed me to go to another store if I thought her attitude and policy was perplexing. Textbook example of how a store lost an easy $500, plus so my future business, through poor customer service.

Yousef guided me patiently, and took care of everything. All the staff at the print shop were helpful and kind, to be honest. But I would really like to thank Yousef for his help.
