- WZWhitney ZhuangJan 25, 20261.0I frequently use FedEx, but this location is by far the rudest and most unprofessional FedEx I have ever encountered. When the clerk spoke to me, I didn’t hear her clearly and asked her to repeat herself. She immediately rolled her eyes at me and became very hostile and disrespectful. An argument followed, and I complained to her manager. However, the manager did nothing but blindly defend his employee, seemingly afraid of upsetting her. He refused to listen to our side at all and was completely unreasonable. Throughout this, the employee who argued with us stood by smugly watching. I will never return to this location. It was an absolutely terrible experience.

- DDDan dVNov 29, 20255.0I needed to make a physical student ID car for U.N.C., a One Card. They stopped doing this, making actual physical ID cards, a few years ago, but I wanted one just the same. Angel helped me. She figured out a way to do this, she was both resourceful and patient throughout. I greatly appreciate Angel's efforts. She went beyond what typical customer service people do at FedEx Office stores.
