- JSJessica SheetsJan 27, 20261.0The driver that started last year is horrible and wont deliver our packages because they have to come down the driveway and theres a dog inside the house. This is the first time in 37 years I have had a problem with USPS. I have spoken to the office several times now and even had the post master come to our house and they determined theres no reason packages shouldn't be delivered. That helped for about a month. Then at christmas they didn't bring our Amazon packages again and didn't even leave a notice so we had no idea and then had weird hours so we had to exchange gifts after Christmas. I have had them send items back to the sender without me ever knowing they were there. My last 2 packages were damaged from being left out and rained on or jammed in the mailbox when they shouldn't have been. Unacceptable. This is an embarrassment to USPS. Ive had to miss work multiple times to go there and talking to them to find a solution has gotten me nowhere.

And the local postmaster will do nothing except make excuses for them, while you are left trying to track down your missing package that they are driving around with undelivered.
