  Fast, polite, full service. I was told the price and then the clerk found some discounts to help reduce the cost without me having to ask. I needed to get a small package out quickly and didn't have time to shop for a small box to pack the item myself, so I used their provided service. The price for the box and packing service seemed a little bit hight, but it was worth it to me to just get it done. I've been to this store on a few different occasions and always find the staff to be friendly and helpful.

  The woman working the desk with short hair and nice eyeglasses was super helpful assisting me with my return package. This is my favorite ups store and it's close to home. There have been so many times I've brought in packages for birthday's and Christmas. They take extra care handling the packages and didn't judge when I sent out Christmas gifts months late. Excellent job! ☺️

  went in today to drop off a labeled package and front desk fella said i could not send it because it was too small and it would get crushed (??) well that was a first (and last for this location)

  I brought in two packages to return to Amazon. I asked the two ladies at the counter to help tape up my packages. Instead of helping, they told me I need to pay $2.00 for them to tape up and it was cash only. I thought it was a joke at first. Never have I heard any UPS to charge to put two pieces of tape on packages. They told me Amazon doesn’t reimburse them for tapes, but I guess they don’t know that Amazon pays UPS stores to handle return packages. UPS in Apex and other Cary locations always taped up my packages and never asked for any fee. This place is ridiculous, will not go back.

  So amazon told me to return my things to this store . I put the amazon package on the original packaging per amazon request. I got there and some young new guy working said they could not take ithe packaged like that . He said i had to go home and repackage it and bring it back. Ive been bringing amazon returns back to this location for at least 6 years now and its never been an issue. I took this return to the whole foods packaged as it was and they took it with no issues . So someone needs to train the new guy a little better here before i cone back
