  I came here on 3/30, around 9:10am - I’ll spare the description of the worker from embarrassment, so maybe just look at the schedule for who was working this morning. I had 4 Amazon returns. I did 2 of my returns, and then had a rug that I needed to re-fold so it’d be easier to put into the clear bag, so I placed my 4th return on the floor, with my reusable bag. The worker glared, rolled her eyes, and said “this is ridiculous. I don’t work for Amazon, I work for UPS, they have us doing all these Amazon returns”. You could cut the tension with a knife, as if it was MY fault she had to accept Amazon returns, at UPS. Just like staples, kohls, & whole foods workers do as well. There also wasn’t a SINGLE other customer in there. I don’t know, sorry I came in and made you have to lift a finger? Anyway, she completed my return before I was able to give her my 4th item so I said “oh I had 1 more return.” She lets out the BIGGEST sigh, rolls her eyes, smacks her lips together because I inconvenienced her oh so bad. So I just told her to forget it, I’ll go to a different one. Of course I returned the same attitude and energy to her, because that was uncalled for? You never know the day someone is having or what they’re going through; like my husband going through radiation after his brain surgery - so today was the only free day I had to go do my returns, hence why I had 4. I had all 4 barcodes pulled up and ready to be scanned. It would’ve taken her a total of 5 minutes from scanning them, to packaging them, to throwing them in the bin. Maybe a talk is needed for a certain employee, that you have to actually WORK in order to earn your paycheck? You can’t just lean back on the counter, sipping from your tumbler. I hope she reads this too - because one day you’re gonna come across the wrong person with that shotty attitude of yours. Especially at the grown age you are. Perhaps even going back to the cameras so you can get the full picture on what’s representing your company. Disgusting. Anyway, can’t wait to come back with some future returns, hope to see you!❤️

  This is a great store but HOURS posted on both Google and Apple Maps are wrong!! This store is completely closed on Sundays, and that is reflected in the hours posted on the door. I saw 3 other people arrive, walk up with boxes and turn around in the time I posted this review.

  Great costumer service. William is always so sweet and great attitude and knowledgeable and very helpful to assist to tape my packages. Everyone at that store are very friendly and having great attitude.

  The staff is extremely helpful and is fast, but thorough with whatever you’re in need of help with. I’ve never had anything but a pleasant experience
