The building itself is beautiful, the staff are consistently friendly, and during the holidays they even add festive decorations and music. Despite Cary’s population of around 190,000, I’m often pleasantly surprised by how little wait time there is—sometimes none at all.

The staff are always helpful and ready to assist customers. I am appreciative of kind postal workers because I can’t say the same about the location closer to my home in Raleigh. Although this is downtown Cary this location is still very convenient to parks and restaurants I frequent.

I have a sign on the stairs leading up to the COVERED porch where packages are protected from rain and, you know, thieves that asks for packages to be placed on the porch. Also, there is a storm door that opens outward so packages left on the steps get in the way leaving me to either go through my backdoor to retrieve the package or knock it off the steps. REALLY?! How stupid does a delivery person have to be to not understand a sign that reads "Please place packages INSIDE the porch"?
