- MMMk6 days ago5.0Very thankful to Scott and Amrou, one of the supervisors, at that location in helping to track and hold our express mail. The family was waiting for days on express mail that did not arrive on the guaranteed date. Online system did not give current updates. Saw Scott doing one of his runs at our local postal and asked for help in tracking the mail. There were no guarantees but he would do his best and try to help. A few hours later I received a phone call from Scott and his supervisor, Amrou letting us know they were scheduled to receive the mail and that it could be picked up at their location the following day. We went the next morning to pick up the mail. Thank you to Scott for going above and beyond in helping us and getting his supervisor, Amrou, involved in tracking down the package. Excellent customer care!
