I came in with several returns that required multiple trips inside. The store manger saw me from the parking lot with several large awkward packages and literally came running to help me with the door. Bobby - THANK YOU! Then Thomas took care of my returns and actually chatted with me will doing so. Kind, personable and efficient. That’s what I call the GOLD standard. Keep it up Team. You rock!

When I tried to hold him accountable and asked for his name, he flat-out refused to give it to me. Customer service should be a priority, but it clearly isn’t here. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
