I was asked to pay $5 for tape that was already out for customer use and $1 for using the store’s hand sanitizer. These charges felt unreasonable and left me with a very poor impression of their business practices. In addition, I found the staff’s behavior unprofessional and unfriendly. Instead of being helpful and respectful, the employees came across as impatient and dismissive. As a customer, I expect to feel valued, and that was not the case here. Because of these issues, I cannot recommend this location. I hope management reviews their policies and provides better training for employees so that future customers have a more respectful and honest experience.

The team happily taped up the boxes before they decided to inform me they’d be charging me $6 for 3 strips of packing tape. The manager of the store, who was ringing me up, was rude and unfriendly when I was caught off guard by the sudden charge. A $3 charge, sure I would have been annoyed but still paid without a fuss. $6 for 3 strips of tape is an absolute scam. I ship packages on a weekly basis for business and I will happily go out of my way to never step foot in this store again.
