    I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I was charged unexpectedly for items and services I assumed were included or complimentary. I was asked to pay $5 for tape that was already out for customer use and $1 for using the store’s hand sanitizer. These charges felt unreasonable and left me with a very poor impression of their business practices. In addition, I found the staff’s behavior unprofessional and unfriendly. Instead of being helpful and respectful, the employees came across as impatient and dismissive. As a customer, I expect to feel valued, and that was not the case here. Because of these issues, I cannot recommend this location. I hope management reviews their policies and provides better training for employees so that future customers have a more respectful and honest experience.

    They received my USPS package “for convenience” and the package vanished. There is a VERY RUDE black lady with yellow hair. Won’t ever come back to this store

    I've been shipping and having them pack items at this store since it opened. I've never had any problems. The oddball motorcycle parts that they have packed and shipped have all arrived in perfect condition. I recently moved and there is another UPS store closer to my new home, but it's worth the drive back here to be sure I get great service.
