The store was packed and I was in quite a rush. As I patiently waited my turn, instead of patting my foot and wishing for those in front of me to dissappear, I marveled at the excellent customer service offered each customer. Marisol greeted each new arrival. While Charles was busy assisting someone with several copies. I noticed just how personable, yet professional, both Charles and Marisol were, to each of us. Once it was my turn, of course what I thought would be a fairly brief transaction, ended up taking a few extra minutes because I wasn't sure what I was doing. Thats when Charles politely asked if he could help. While he was working on printing my items, Marisol abd I engaged in conversation. They were two of the friendliest, most personable, people offering customer service thst I've seen in quite sometime. I don't know if its just me, but since covid, customer service has all but disappeared. Although, I am super busy today and on top of thst, have left my readers in the car (its simply just too cold to retrieve them) I had to take this moment to make this review. This will be my new go to for all of my business needs. Thank you, Charles. Thank you, Marisol. Im also going to purchase several of the Cusom Photo, Gift Wrapping Paper. You should check these guys out. They're great. 😃
