When I brought in my clearly labeled prepaid UPS package, the employee refused it without ever attempting to scan it. I did ask if she could tape it up (which, based on other reviews I wish I read before hand, seems to trigger a negative reaction), and she just stared at the package for a while before saying she couldn’t take it. When I asked why, she didn’t explain; she just smiled, shook her head, and repeated that couldn’t take it. There was nothing wrong with the barcode. Not torn, faded, or incorrect. The UPS Store accepted the exact same package immediately without any issue. Claiming the label was “unscannable” is just a convenient excuse made after the fact to justify poor service. As I state in my original review: If you want actual customer service and clear communication, you’re better off going elsewhere. ORIGINAL: Refused to accept a perfectly valid prepaid UPS package without even attempting to scan it. The employee looked at it and said it would not work but never actually tried or told me why. There was nothing wrong with the label or packaging. I took it to the UPS store and they accepted it immediately with no issue. Poor service and no effort made. Would not recommend if you want good service.
