  I went into the Carrboro UPS store on a Thursday morning around 9:25 AM. I noticed right away that there were two people in front of me in line and only one person in the store working on this particular Thursday morning. I noticed Yolanda helping a customer and each time someone else walked into the store behind me, Yolanda acknowledged them and welcomed them to the UPS Store. I had been in the store the previous day and learned how to email a file of my flyer that I created. While I was standing in line I emailed the finished copy to the UPS store. While Yolanda was helping another customer, she recognized me and noticed at the same time that I had sent a new email and asked me how many prints that I wanted. This was while she was helping another customer and welcoming people into the store. I had originally planned on printing my flyers at a small print shop in town but I was close to the UPS store and decided to give it a try with a small batch of flyers. I was very impressed at how Yolanda handled the crowd and the workload and was grateful that she was going to get some help, when another employee came in as I was leaving. She did a great job with the prints and I will be returning for another larger order. I also have another flyer I will be printing out soon and will return and hopefully have Yolanda as my printer.   Greatly appreciate Yolanda’s help this morning with her notary services. She is as multitasking many transactions at the same time and she was very pleasant and efficient.

  I had an exceptional experience at this location today thanks to Matt, Ashleigh, and Yolanda. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. The store was exceptionally clean. They answered every question with care, and made what could’ve been a stressful process feel easy and efficient. What really stood out was their willingness to help without rushing customer service like this is rare these days. Because of them, I’ll absolutely continue using this location and recommending it to others. Huge thank you to the staff for setting the bar so high! Stay Warm!

  I have never had a bad experience with the UPS store in Carrboro off of Highway 54. I am a small business owner who has a mailbox there and use their services for both personal and professional needs and the service is always quick, friendly, and community-oriented. Today Yolanda was there to help me with a complicated request. It took longer than she expected due to its complexity, but she apologized several times for the delay (even though there was nothing to apologize for), was friendly, patient, resourceful, and at the end enthusiastic to have figured out an option that also involved saving me some money! It's why I keep coming back and won't go to another place.
