- DGDouglas Griffen5 days ago1.0Awful service went to get passport done and there was no one there except one person with an appt. They took an older gentleman with no appt and took care of him made me wait and I had all my stuff ready super easy. This guy snubbed us and said oh we are super busy and just can’t help you. I looked around and no one was there. Blew my mind how someone could be so stupid to even say they can’t help someone because they are busy with no one. The world is definitely hitting an all time low with employees especially at this place. Guy should be fired and sent home to sit on his couch where he belongs because he is lazy. Thanks for the support awesome job.

It might take two business days or three days including the weekend. We paid $33 so the items would reach the person immediately. They got it in 2 days. I respect the honesty of the staff and didn’t mind paying the fee.
