- ATAmber ThomasJun 11, 20241.0New employees are either not in tune or just have no idea what’s going on. The civilian man has 0 customer service skills, and makes passive aggressive comments for simple questions. I use to have a seamless process receiving mail with the old staff, but on the few occasions I’ve had mail delivered with the new staff it’s always a hassle. I’m met with micro aggression, no yellow slip & passive aggressive comments. It’s a shame civilians come on military bases to abuse their authority and give service members a difficult time.

He would not let me ask any questions about my mail I sent to my personal PO Box. I am active duty, quarantined in Norway, and shipped my personal belongings to my own PO Box I purchased. He was extremely disrespectful and told me i needed to "prove my identity" in order to verify that I had actually sent mail. He was speaking to me as if I am undeserving of decent respect. Its incredible how little customer service those contractors have. I'm never purchasing a PO Box there again.

The individual named “L P”? Didn’t even look he went into defense mode and blamed the USPS in Jacksonville without even looking for my package. Even though Jacksonville provided all their electronic copies of the tracking information. This place is a joke and I would recommend going with fedex or ups because this place obviously cannot figure out how to scan packages. Oh and this was the second time. They’re two for two...
