- JPJade PierceDec 24, 20254.0Actually I would give everybody who works there a five star. The only thing I wish is that they had updated their hours for today (12/24) which would have saved me a half hour driving into town!
- ATA TSep 23, 20251.0Handed my letter to a person behind the desk to insure it would be delivered on time. I needed it to get 3.5 hours away within the next ten days. Six day later I find it delivered in my own mailbox!! Six days to travel six miles back to the wrong address. It’s unfortunate we cannot trust them to do their one job adequately. I did go in and ask them if they could help me get the letter there on time – they shrugged and said they’re sorry. UPS may be able help but it will cost me, they said.
- JBjordan burtonAug 26, 20255.0Although I have experienced NUMEROUS problems with mail carriers in this area (throwing packages in the creek, leaving parcels in the roadway, etc) I can say that I presented a concern to the supervisor today, and he addressed and resolved my issue very quickly. He was very polite and understanding regarding my frustration. This goes a long way! Thank you sir!

Last week a delivery of her food wasn't delivered because the "road isn't drivable". The phone isn't working at the post office, we tried to find out, but were unable to speak to anyone. She received an email message from Amazon stating she refused her package, which is untrue. I'm very angry, and disappointed. Please respond to this message with a phone number of a manager that I can speak to. Just imagine if this was medications. Very irresponsible and unprofessional of the USPS.
