- ATA TSep 23, 20251.0Handed my letter to a person behind the desk to insure it would be delivered on time. I needed it to get 3.5 hours away within the next ten days. Six day later I find it delivered in my own mailbox!! Six days to travel six miles back to the wrong address. It’s unfortunate we cannot trust them to do their one job adequately. I did go in and ask them if they could help me get the letter there on time – they shrugged and said they’re sorry. UPS may be able help but it will cost me, they said.
- JBjordan burtonAug 26, 20255.0Although I have experienced NUMEROUS problems with mail carriers in this area (throwing packages in the creek, leaving parcels in the roadway, etc) I can say that I presented a concern to the supervisor today, and he addressed and resolved my issue very quickly. He was very polite and understanding regarding my frustration. This goes a long way! Thank you sir!
- CCcoldgardenJun 18, 20253.0The person that delivers through the week is great. I live almost right in town literally above a school. Not in the boondocks by any stretch of the imagination. Through the week I always get my stuff. The person that delivers on the weekend however... I've lost 2 packages because of them delivering to thr wrong address. I have to watch and refresh the delivery to see if it's delivered. 3 weeks ago she dropped a $450 package off at my neighbor's. Luckily I was watching. It said delivered to my front door. Nope. It was in the neighbor's driveway. She won't go 1 house up where it belongs. So I bought a sign, because I have stuff coming from Ebay and Amazon all the time. The sign costed $50 and is the size of a speed-limit sign. It has my address and an arrow pointing up. I put it where it could be seen before turning into the neighbors. Do you think it helped? No. I started asking for my expensive packages to require a signature so I won't lose them again. The next week I was waiting on them on the porch with the door open. I get a notification saying delivery attempted but no authorized person available to accept so I'd have to get it at the post office. I work 12 hour days and I wasn't able to get there during operating hours until Wednesday which was 4 or 5 days later. She had taken it to the wrong house AGAIN but they couldn't accept it since it requires an ID and signature. What is wrong with this person? I only give 3 stars because of good delivery through the week.
