Been there 4 times. Each time store is packed with about 30 customers. Packed right now. Extremely slow.

These folks … WOW!!! Always a long line yet the employees are working as quickly and efficiently as possible — most times with a smile on their faces. I always use the Burlington UPS store for returns & shredding because of their excellent customer service!

Waited an hour in line just to be told the Wi-Fi was down and they can't help me. Avoid this location at all costs. I feel very sorry for the workers here.
