my medication requiring refrigeration was delivered to another house. They denied it was the wrong house and provided me a photo of someone elses's house . I contacted customer services immediately and never heard back . I tried to create an account and sign in and was blocked by the website saying the password i had just created , which they accepted, was incorrect . I did this 3 different times with 2 different emails and was blocked every time, preventing me from filing a claim for the medication they delivered to the wrong address that cost me 299 dollars. All they had to do was contact the driver and ask him to get it and bring it to the correct address.

0 Stars… First let me just say that almost every job I’ve had I was in a public facing position, one of which was 5+ years in the service industry. I say this because it’s due to this experience that I ALWAYS treat anyone that I have the chance to interact with that is working with the public with the utmost respect, kindness, empathy, and patience. But this was pushed to the limit today over a return label… We’ve never had to print out a return label as most companies either have one already in the package or send one by mail, but we thought this would be no biggy, and went to this FedEx site to at the very least find out how to go about printing it. Well when we walked in there was already an elderly lady at the counter and at first we got behind her, then we noticed there was actually another counter specifically for printing labels. So we followed the instructions to the best of our ability, forwarding the attached return label from our email to the email listed in the instructions and receiving a code that we were to enter into the printer. Well it was at this point that we either messed up or missed something because we weren’t prompted to enter the code and didn’t see any option to take us to the page to enter it. So we got back in-line, behind the same elderly lady, and that’s when I noticed how the employee was treating this woman. Another 10 or so min go by and they wrap up then the elderly lady turns to us, greets us and apologizes. We told her not to worry about it, but I should have known that our interaction wasn’t going to go much better. This employee was rude, snide, rolled her eyes multiple times and acted like we should know how this process goes. We told her from the get go that we just needed to print a label, and after the blatant disregard for a modicum of decent customer service her final blow was when the label was printed and she just stood there looking back and forth between my husband and I and finally snidely stated that she needs the package… At this point my husband has taken over because she’d made my anxiety flare so I was panicky, but as I told her at the beginning of our interaction we just needed a label printed my husband told her once again. She shook her head, rolled her eyes and replied with an annoyed, drawn out, “Okay…” I couldn’t bite my tongue any longer and I didn’t want to cause a seen so I turned to my Husband and stated, “WOW, what’s with her attitude from hell…” Then we walked out. This girl was short, white, with brown hair and worked day shift, so I suggest going somewhere else during that time if she’s there or waiting until she’s not. Horrid service…

I was thoroughly impressed with this location. There was a single employee working, Will, but he was in training. He was efficient and friendly. There was a steady line while we were there but he handled it like a professional. My Aunt and I were shipping 2 suitcases (~40/50 lbs each), in boxes, across the country and he was very helpful with making sure it was packed right and taped correctly. What stood out the most to me was this: I called beforehand to ask a question. Will answered the phone and answered my question. Very polite and even though he wasn't 100% sure of the answer (it was random and likely not known by a lot) he found out for me. I told him I'd be right in. I was loading 2 extra large suitcases and boxes into my SUV and assisting my 81yo aunt when he called me back. He informed me that he was going to be leaving for lunch soon but wanted to make sure he was there when I got there. I was only 4 minutes away and he said he would wait to go on lunch! I was impressed and having worked in customer service I know how it is to wait around. When we got to the store I saw he was 'in training' and I thought wow! FedEx made a smart choice to hire him. I hope this review really reaches someone. Thank you again, Will, for helping us and providing excellent customer service!
