One clerk at this facility needs additional education on USPS policies. Scan sheets are not a requirement for paid labels. If a paid label is unscanable, but readable - clerk should enter information into USPS system. We decided to stop using Burgaw due to lack of policy enforcement.

Literally set packages in the rain againt the screened in porch door instead of opening the door and setting on the dry back porch or setting in on the dry covered front porch. Piney woods in willard 12/5/2025 Pretty sorry!!

You guys need to pay attention to the address on the box, bc you gave away our stuff to one of our neighbor. Pretty sure they never will give it back.

I waited the whole day for a package I had been expecting. I went to the mailbox at 515 and waited for the mail currier. when I check to see if there were any updates it said they had tried to deliver my package at 528 even though I waited until 550 and saw no cars drive past let alone stop. This is pure laziness. They didn't even leave note.
