Never in my life that I have to go through this. I read the comments and I guess I’m not the only one.

20+ years of perfection ruined by one individual. It’s unbelievable how living near town on a straight road without any hazards is inaccesible. Once sure, but once a weeks is unacceptable. Lady just do your job you know who you are, everyone else on the team thank you for your services.

Our local post office has been giving us constant trouble with deliveries. They never deliver most of our packages, but somehow the water bill always gets delivered. Recently, I had a big package that they marked as “undeliverable” even though they were just too lazy to walk a few steps to my door. Instead of leaving it there, they returned it — which is completely unfair.
They’ve even complained that our car is too close to the mailbox, even when it’s not blocking it at all. I’ve tried to make things easier by planning to move my mailbox closer to my front door so they won’t have any excuses not to deliver, but it shouldn’t have to come to that. It feels like they just don’t care about doing their job right.
We depend on our mail, and the lack of effort and accountability from this post office is beyond frustrating.

Our mail lady refuses to deliver our packages and the postmaster refuses to make her do her job. When our old mail lady retired she made it known that this was going to happen because she knew who was taking her place and she knew that the new woman wouldn't do her job and that she was always complaining. I don't understand why people can get away with not doing their job anymore and there is no consequences.
