When I called the supervisor she is rude and today hung up on me when I asked if the change is due to the carrier racially profiling our family. We have had ongoing issues with our mail service (not being delivered, rude workers, etc). We are filing a complain with the Greensboro Post Master as well as the Inspector General for the USPS.

The workers are rude and disrespectful and they can’t even do the job correctly. Packages always late or never delivered and damaged. Absolutely worthless.
