I'll add to this the documents I brought in we're on 11" x 17" paper all the copies I received back were random sizes...unbelievable!!
- MGMatthew GonzalezOct 21, 20251.0Driver has not delivered my package for two days in a row now due to my “business being closed” yet we are an apartment building with not gates or restrictions, my bottom floor neighbors even pointed him out to my door. Yet he claimed it he closed and left with no delivery. I called the store to get some answers and insight, she claimed to have no contact with the drivers, and unless something went wrong physically in store. That she could do nothing to assist, we just simply have to “see what happens” when I asked to speak to a manager. She hung up and sent me to the survey. This was on 10-21-25. If you have mail needed to be delivered, I suggest getting a messenger owl, a paper boy, or literally any other service. Through and through, may be the worst service ive seen.
