- THTaylib howellFeb 24, 20261.0I called to figure out my package situation. Louanne was the operator and she had a terrible attitude. I explained my situation and she responded with “oh my gosh”. I proceeded to answer her question and she told me not to talk while she was talking. Very rude department and acts like they aren’t being paid to do their job.
