She was friendly and gave great customer service. With 2 large documents to bind, I didn't think it took too long. Thank you again for great customer service!!

- LBLilly BoyetteApr 18, 20265.0I want to shout out one of the staff in the print department, I believe her name is Devin, Devon. Not sure the spelling. But two weeks in a row she helped me with a major print project and was super helpful and kind. The first was a very old map that I wanted to scan and print onto a foam board to make it more legible and sturdy. It came out perfectly and I was able to use it at a fundraiser for my job. The second was a large foam board print a week later. It was a picture to honor someone who had recently passed. I originally had it printed at another location and they messed it up. I didn’t realize the mistake until hours before I needed it. I took it back to Devin and she printed it exactly the way I wanted it and in under an hour so that I could use it for the memorial that evening. Again kind, professional, and very good at what she does. Easy for me to decide who to use for printing from now on!

You could tell I was having a HARD TIME WITH THIS MACHINE , I keep struggling with it and NOBODY CAME OVER NOT ONCE TO SEE IF I NEEDED HELP OR WHAT. It was embarrassing to me , I wanted to hide my head. I tried to get somebody to help me several times. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE EVERY CAME OVER TO HELP. NOT A SIGNAL PERSON (EMPLOYEE) . There was plenty of them running around, I was hard to see. Make sure you get noticed when you need help
