- MWM WOct 11, 20251.0They marked my package "Held for pickup at customer request" which is a completely fabricated lie. I never requested that. It appears they simply didn't want to deliver it. I'm sorry they're overwhelmed by the volume, but that doesn't make it okay to lie about the package's status. Ridiculous. This has happened multiple times.

I was told they couldn't back down my driveway if my gate was closed. They need to turn around, but leaving my gate open didn't help. i had checks delivered one day and they left those on the ground at the bottom of my mailbox post. I'm looking for two packages right now. Wish me luck. o

If something got messed up they are quick to try to correct. They are dealing with so much growth in the community it's hard to keep up. Be patient with them.
