Then the key to the box won't open. Then you gotta track down the mail person to get your mail out of the box!!!!!!! Why can't you put it in my box or deliver it to my door for crying out loud!!!!

- MWM WOct 11, 20251.0They marked my package "Held for pickup at customer request" which is a completely fabricated lie. I never requested that. It appears they simply didn't want to deliver it. I'm sorry they're overwhelmed by the volume, but that doesn't make it okay to lie about the package's status. Ridiculous. This has happened multiple times.
