- JLJasmine LennonMar 16, 20211.0I understand due to Covid mail isn’t going to be perfect but that’s no excuse to be hateful and rude to the people receiving mail. This location is awful when it come to customer service. And the mail even if I get mail express mailed to me it still takes a week or more. And they will through my packages on the ground not even at the door. They won’t even get out of there car. They sit in the driveway end honk the gore as if we were supposed to do there job. I completely have no respect for these people except one lady who drives a keep she actually does her job and is nice about it.
- BKBeverly KinlawApr 7, 20171.0Incoming mail gets delivered to my residence, but outgoing mail has been left many times. When this happens, the incoming mail is placed directly on top of the outgoing mail in our mailbox. Very poor service as far as carriers go.
