The young man who waited in me was patient, helpful and kind in his demeanor, actions, words. Since he was the younger of rage two agents I guessed he was not the “boss”. The older man serving another customer said the younger man is in fact “the boss” and agreed with me that his customer service is excellent. He suggested I tell the company. Yes he is great. I come here all the time for printing and returns! Derick and the rest of the crew here are fantastic; super prompt, super reliable, super accommodating. Definitely a good location to visit for any and all of your UPS needs.

It was the BEST UPS store I have been in! Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I had some heavy luggage, and they graciously took it and put it on the scale. They told me options and made recommendations.
