- LLLeonard LacroixJan 12, 20261.0Terrible service. I spoke to Justin asking him if he could let my carrier know not to put packages at our basement door, but rather at the front door. He said I have to call the Winston Salem PO. I told him it is impossible to reach a local PO any more by phone. He then claimed that he gets calls there all the time (I doubt it seriously). I told him I am never able to get through to any PO any more except the national DC office, which is useless. He said the number is on their website, which is not true. The only number listed on Google for any po is the national 800 number. He said he could not call the WS PO for me to make this request, but that I would have to call. I got home, called the local number for the Bethania po just to see if what Justin said was true, but the operator recording says the number has been disconnected. I tried the number for Pfafftown PO and there was no answer there. The local numbers are never listed on google. I then checked the number for WS PO on Patterson Ave, and it's just the 800 number. If you go to the USPS website, the local number for Bethania does not even work. So my 10 minutes there most of which was spent waiting for 1 customer in front of me, was a total and complete waste of my time. And I find it terrible that Justin could not even call the Patterson Ave PO for me. I would NOT recommend this PO. Use UPS store instead.
