Hung up the phone after letting me know my questions were above my pay grade, probably to make herself feel more important. Highly dissatisfied with the conduct from a public servant.

With the volume of stuff I ship I need a reliable post office, I guess Dallas is where I will have to do all my future business. Problem is, after shipping I do the rest of my errands and grocery shopping, so Bessemer City is missing out on A LOT of other business because I have to go to Dallas to do something I should be able to do at ANY post office. Bessemer City certainly has it's charm, that darn Post Office isn't part of it though...
