Hung up the phone after letting me know my questions were above my pay grade, probably to make herself feel more important. Highly dissatisfied with the conduct from a public servant.

Go in the building and you can hear someone in the back but they never come to the counter, no bell to ring and even yelling out you need help they still won't come. Also missing a check that should have come a week ago. USPS informed delivery shows it should have been delivered. I assume the mail carrier probably stole it. It wouldn't be the first time employees from this location have been caught stealing packages and other mail.
