- DRDave RickenbackerFeb 4, 20261.0I had a passport appointment and talked to an older white woman (I didn’t get her name). She told me in a very mean voice that I didn’t have the proper paperwork and had to come back. Even with 10 minutes of my appointment time left. I’m not sure if she’s not satisfied with her life, or has issues in the bedroom but she DID NOT have to escalate that quickly. I didn’t raise my voice one time, tried to reason with her, and yet she basically kicked me out.

Today, I once again drove 40 minutes to the Benson post office, only to learn that all passport appointments were cancelled...due to staff shortage. Because of my prior experience, I had called their passport department prior to leaving my home. The call went to an automated message with no mention of cancellations. Beyond frustrating!
- AWAmy WilliamsApr 22, 20212.0The Benson P.O. staff are nice, but when it comes to their postal drivers I wonder if they are capable of reading at all. We are constantly getting neighbors mail/packages and vice versa. It's a real pain knowing that your package has definitely been delivered, but not to your own house and whether or not the person who got your package is going to be honest and actually bring it back to you. I know they're more busy than ever, but when you're getting other people's mail more than your own that's a problem. I am happy to take someone's package to them if we get it by accident. It just seems to be complete carelessness at this point. PLEASE READ THE MAILING ADDRESSES before placing them in mailboxes or porches. Everyone is not honest and then others lose their item AND are out of that money ....
