    The store is an absolute mess! There are package and boxes everywhere. They committed a 2 day shipping for me that was extremely important and they didn't send it out until the next day causing a 2 day delay. I needed the package delivered by that Thursday and now it won't be there until Friday evening. I called your customer service line and they did not help me at all! I wanted my money back for the delay they caused. The rep did not answer any of my questions and kept repeating when it would be delivered. That is not the news I needed. I heard him the first time. He is absolutely useless and so is your belmont nc location.

    Very poor service and almost 4times more expensive than the post office! New to town and prefer supporting local businesses, but never again will be going here. Rude service and was getting charged $88 for one small package vs $27 at the post office. Save your money folks!!

    I use the UPS store in Belmont for almost all of my shipping, fax and returns and it is an extraordinarily exceptional place to deal with and it’s close.

    The Belmont NC location does great work and provides excellent customer service no matter the reason you're there - from shipping to printing. I intentionally go to this location even though it's not the most convenient. This is the second time I've used their printing and the service was quick and professional quality.
