- ERErika RootJan 8, 20251.0Lost my package. I was notified by family it was not delivered after 20 days. I called usps and was told to go to the location as they could retrieve the tracking number. Went to the location and they are unsure how to look up the package, even with the date and time of when it was shipped, I provided sending and receiving address. She said there was nothing I could do. Now $400+ of Christmas gifts are lost.
- MZMike ZoltanNov 25, 20241.0This place is horrible. They shut the place down to go to lunch. Arrive back 20 mins late. If you need help with anything, forget about it. You better figure that out on your own. They will send you away to figure it out. What a big waste of time. I went to the bigger post office up the street, and they helped me send my package in about 1 minute.
