  Super nice polite staff and very clean and organized. Its great to have in town without having to drive into TN. I came in for a return and the staff was easy to work with and very polite during interaction. Will definitely be coming in for all our shipping needs!

  I was very impressed with the new UPS Store in Banner Elk. I come often for pack & ship and the print services they offer. I had a big print job that needed to be completed, and they were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me a great product at a great price. I will definitely be returning.

  I came her to do an Amazon return, and the process went so smoothly! The employees were very helpful and kind. I’m very grateful to have a place that does Amazon returns in Banner Elk now so I don’t have to drive all the way to Boone. Thanks Banner Elk UPS team!

  I stopped by the new The UPS Store and was seriously impressed. Banner Elk really needed something like this, and they nailed it. They truly offer everything in one place — shipping (UPS, USPS, domestic and international), professional packing services, freight shipping, and all the supplies you could need. The certified packing experts make it easy, especially if you’re shipping fragile or high-value items. On top of that, their printing services are a huge win for local businesses and students — everything from business cards and brochures to banners, yard signs, and presentations. They also handle copying, scanning, laminating, and even graphic design if you need help bringing an idea to life. They’ve also got mailbox services with a real street address (not just a PO box), plus notary, shredding, and faxing — which makes it a true one-stop shop. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can tell they’re focused on making things efficient and easy, whether you’re running a business or just shipping a package. Overall, this is a great addition to Banner Elk — convenient, professional, and exactly what the area needed. Highly recommend.
