- GOGrace OlsonAug 23, 20252.0It’s stated on their website that this location does FBI fingerprinting on Saturdays starting at 9:30 am. We got there, no line and the post worker refused to do it, she said I have to come in another day.
- TTTim TerryJul 19, 20251.0Tracking indicated delivery for 7/19/25. Someone at this facility lied, stating “customer requested pickup at facility”. They were too lazy to deliver, since they close at 11:30 on Saturday. Poor and incompetent service.
- ABAnca BishopJul 7, 20251.0If I could give a zero, I would. I had two urgent packages from Amazon that were supposed to be delivered on Sunday. Not only they were not delivered, but they were, in a matter of 1 hour, based upon on the tracking history, returned to sender!! I did not even have the curtesy option to come and get the packages from the post office? On top of that, I am calling during business hours the next morning and they do not answer the phone. If I could stop using USPS for all my shipping needs, I totally would. I am going to provide that feed-back to all and any shippers I deal with going forward even if I have to pay shipping or pay more. It is beyond poor customer service and sadly, it is not the only post office that does not deserve my business.
