- MHMark HernandezNov 18, 20251.0On top of the below issue, I received a card from my dad that had been opened prior to it being handed to me by post office staff. This is the most egregious offense of everything. I have been waiting a month and a half for a mailbox key since buying my house. While the staff seemed helpful at first, the follow-through has been unacceptable. After I visited in person, I was assured that I could come back the next day to pick up the new key. 2 days later I went to their office again for the key only to find out nothing had moved at all. I was promised a callback that never came. A week later, the staff admitted they actually didn't know how to process the lock change because the previous postmaster handled it. Now, despite claiming they "tried to advocate" for me, the new postmaster is requiring payment, which directly contradicts their initial assurance that it would be free. I honestly do not mind paying for the lock, but I do mind being strung along by staff who don't know their own processes. Since the office line is always busy, I have been forced to involve the post office Consumer Affairs department just to get a resolution.

- IGIsland GirlJun 24, 20221.0The head lady was so rude and arrogant that I refuse to do business here and drive to Spring Hope. The new mail carrier we have is obvious unable to read because we get everybody's mail but our own. She refuses to bring certified mail to the house and puts a slip in the box for us to go to the post office and pick it up, even though I watch her on the camera dailey as she puts the wrong mail in our box and drives off, her excuse is that she knows who lives here, but we none know her and we just built our house so there are no previous residents! I have called and spoken to the head lady at the Bailey post office on several occasions and she defends the carries and tries to blame the home owner! SAD!!
