  We worked with Jacob Underwood through Modern Merchant Hub to implement our CRM on the Go High Level platform, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. While Jacob guided the process and made sure nothing was missed, he had me actively working inside the platform so I could learn it hands-on. He supported the setup of calendars, links, backend configurations, and opportunity pipelines with professionalism and attention to detail. He kept every meeting on schedule, came prepared, and ensured nothing fell through the cracks. Go High Level is a powerful and robust platform with a lot of functionality, and Jacob did a great job walking us through the essentials and making sure we had a strong foundation in place. He’s patient, friendly, and incredibly responsive — which matters when you’re navigating a system with this many capabilities. If you’re looking for someone who knows the platform, communicates clearly, and truly supports your business during implementation, Jacob is a fantastic partner.
