- CJChris JohnsonMar 2, 20191.0Asked for re-delivery of an item that weighs *25*lbs because it was apparently "too heavy"; they did not explain this was the reason I needed to schedule a re-delivery, the details only explained "unsafe location" so I scheduled a re-delivery and it was marked the next day as "ready for pickup" without any warning or prior explanation that this was apparently mandatory due to weight - I now have to wait until next week to pickup the package. Such an extreme lack of communication and thorough explanation for various reasons over the years is the reason this receives a 1 star review. This is why Governments should not use our tax money to bail out companies that have failed to serve the public efficiently with more modern and well thought out systems.
